Mastery in the Real-World Digitization!

Archaeology

Professional authorial engagement supports many requirements  of archaeologists in the fields of archaeological heritage conservation and preservation.

With regard to that, there can be offered many services, listed below:

     - Highly professional “On-Image-Geometry” Perspective Restitution of morphologically simple/complex 2D&3D-archaeological artifacts (of any                 corresponding type and any size) – presented on analog/digital photographs or video-images,

     - Highly professional “On-Image-Dimension” Perspective Restitution of morphologically simple/complex 2D&3D-archaeological artifacts (of any               corresponding type and any size) – presented on analog/digital photographs or video-images,

     - Accurate Rectification of single or multiple photo-sets (making ortho-images without perspective distortions –e.g. elevation drawings/profiles of              archaeological sites/objects/pieces - to make/broaden relevant archaeological documentation for further conservation and preservation (i.e. for              archival/scientific/educational/promotional purposes)),

     - All relevant accurate Non-contact (On-image) Linear, Surface and Volumetric Measurements of morphologically simple/complex 2D&3D-                        archaeological artifacts - based on usage of their previously restituted characteristics (e.g. to perform various calculations so as to make/broaden          its scientific/museum/curatorial/transport documentation for further conservation, preservation or transport, etc.),

     - Highly realistic 3D-Modeling of morphologically simple/complex 2D&3D-archaeological artifacts (of any corresponding type and any size) – based         on usage of their previously restituted data sets (e.g. modeling of ancient wrecks, ancient cave paintings, petroglyphs, carvings, ground                         excavations, dug objects/pieces in-situ, as well as various skeletons, body/back/face/feet  prints, etc.),

     - Previously generated 3D-Model Editing (Reverse Engineering), by redefining geometry of their curves (edges) and surfaces as NURBS-ones                 (e.g. to make/broaden scientific/museum/curatorial documentation, relevant for conservation and preservation processes),

     - Previously generated 3D-Model Animation (e.g. in the forms of: superior virtual tours for                                                                                                     scientific/educational/museum/curatorial/promotional/touristic purposes, virtual (on-line) exhibitions of artifacts, etc.), and

     - Preparing generated 3D-Models for export to relevant computer programs.

                                                                                                                   -ooo-

NOTE THAT DESCRIBED PROFESSIONAL ENGAGEMENT IS ESSENTIALLY IMPORTANT  - ESPECIALLY IN THE FIELDS OF “NON-CONTACT” AND PHOTO-REALISTIC 3D-MODELING MEASURING OF EXISTING ARCHAEOLOGICAL STRUCTURES WHEN THEIR RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION DOES NOT EXIST.
