I hereby declare that I am fully acquainted with the content of the enclosed Copyrights Contract and its Annex (No.01-07/2013), and that I fully accept all general and specific provisions thereof according to which mutual business cooperation shall be carried out in the future. I fully accept the fact that possibly undefined provisions shall be the subject of a professional agreement  between the contracting parties and shall be formulated to the benefit of both parties.
