Following successful completion of the first contracted work of authorship, the Client (the Contractee) becomes automatically the member of  "CIM Business Club". Provided the cooperation continues successfully, permanent Client as the Club member gets the right to obtain bonuses on two grounds:

     - On the ground of entrusted confidence - confirmed by the continuation of mutual business cooperation („Fidelity-bonus“), and
   

     - On the ground of entrusted confidence - confirmed by the initialization and realization of mutual business cooperation  with "third-party" clients,         following recommendations of the particular  permanent Client („Recomm-bonus“).

Both types of bonuses to be acquired by the permanent Client are expressed money-wise (in Euros), whereby:

     - Each „Fidelity-bonus“ is worth 5% of the contracted fixed gross amount of the authorship royalties pertaining to a particular work of authorship           - contracted by the Client, and

     - Each „Recomm-bonus“ is worth 5% of the contracted fixed gross amount of the authorship royalties pertaining to the work of authorship -                   contracted by the "third-party" client, following recommendation of this particular  permanent Client.

Both types of bonuses granted to the permanent Client are acquired on a cumulative basis (during continued mutual business cooperation), they are mutually equal and their amounts are increased by successive additions.

The bonuses are additioned: either until they are used or until the completion of the cooperation on either ground. Provided cooperation was discontinued by fault of the Client (based on suspension or termination of the existing Contract – initiated on behalf of the Author`s party), the whole accumulated amount of the bonuses is automatically annulled.

Immediately prior to signing a new/future Contract of authorship,  the Client is entitled to request (of its own wish) reducing the esteemed/contracted rate of that work of authorship – for the current value of the totally acquired bonuses.

The accumulated bonuses may be used to reduce the contracted rate of only one work of authorship (as subject of the concrete Contract) – at once and as a whole. Whereby, provided the business cooperation continues – from the moment all (up to that moment) acquired bonuses are used, the Client is again granted newly deserved bonuses that are successively additioned (including those pertaining to the work of authorship whose rate has been decreased with the usage of the cumulatively acquired bonuses  - provided that the work has been successfully carried out).
