Given that you have expressed an intention to start a mutual business cooperation – based on your approval of the enclosed Contract and its Annex Contents,  please,  fill-in the on-line Application form for "start-up" (below).

IMPORTANT REMARKS:

The purpose of the E-mail Application form is to start a formal mutual business correspondence with legal and natural persons with a view to initiating concrete  business cooperation.

After having filled-in what estimated services of authorship you expect to be delivered, in the same field please fill-in also the following:

profession/city/country/title/current position in the company (for legals)/have you already contacted us and if yes when/detailed information about recommendation – if there is one (full name/name of the recommender/city/country). Please, inform yourself  here why it is very important to indicate on time who recommender is (if one exists).

After Application-form receipt,  you will receive a feedback message with the necessary instructions concerning mutual activities in the future. The message will be sent from a "transparent" e-mail address, designed for the continuation of initialized correspondence - until the completion of the signed Contract.
